Excellent menu applet

I just got this and the Hue light control version. ( Both work well.) All five of my switches were instantly recognized and, importantly, their correct state was reported in all cases. The interface is very nice, clean and simple. There are various python-based control scripts for wemo, and I have found them to be hit or miss, not to mention a pain to set up. I also wrote my own shell script based on a hack, and although it always works, it is quite ugly and has a CLI. This is very simple and straightforward and as a simple menu applet, is ideal. I am glad it does not have a dock icon.

This is ideal if you like to use your computer, and not just an IOS device, to control your devices.
