Online troubleshooting ignores WiFi connection/passcode and skips to step 2 or 3.
This product is not worth 20 hours of homework. If it cannot work straight out of the box in 1/2 hour the average buyer should not be a buyer.
While I have had good luck with Belkin before this, my luck seems to be running out. First, why have to buy software to go with a switch? Aren’t they charging enough already? I sure hope the thing works.
